Utilising food grown onsite in the Argus kitchen gardens, as well as foraged bounty of the region, and local suppliers such as Angelica Organic Farm in Glenlyon, Real Eggs in Yandoit, amongst others - head chef Daniele Tarasco has created a menu grounded in seasonality, with a nod to the Italian settlers of the region.

The building that stands at 117 Vincent Street has been a much loved local venue for many years now. Since July 2018 Tom, Lauren and their two small boys have found themselves lucky enough to call Pancho their home. All that we offer is carefully considered — our menu, coffee, decor and most importantly, our service. Tom and Tiana manage to create magic in the shoe box sized kitchen, preparing our own yoghurt, fermented pickles and sauces while baking all of our cakes in-house too. We are fully licensed and gladly accept bookings for groups of six to ten in the mezzanine, or our dog friendly courtyard.

The Radio Springs Hotel is situated in the small historic village of Lyonville. It was built around 1927 and is one of the few surviving buildings of the earliest phases of settlement.
